Program Overview

As part of the Virtus Leadership & Impact Series, the day begins with a private high-level CEO Roundtable. Under the theme “Where to Grow Next: Navigating Risk and Unlocking Growth in Ibero-America”, this high-level by invitation only dialogue will bring together CEOs, and regional leaders to exchange perspectives on competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable growth. The morning will feature insights from McKinsey & Company, as well as perspectives from VIRTUS 2026 Honorees and senior government officials. 
 
In the evening, the Virtus Awards Ceremony gathers over 200+ distinguished leaders from government, business, finance, and social development across the Americas and the Iberian Peninsula. The event honors individuals, initiatives, and organizations whose work embodies exceptional impact, innovation, and transformative leadership. More than a celebration of excellence, the Virtus Awards serve as a platform to foster dialogue and collaboration among those shaping a more dynamic, inclusive future for the region.
